Such a relationship only exists between Kinch Eddie Litigation and its clients are formalized through a formal retainer process. If this process is not followed through on then a solicitor-client relationship is not formed and a sender of an email only is not a client of Kinch Eddie Litigation and we do not have any formal obligation to said person.
